We have now finally completed phase 3 of our locker storage.

It all started with phase 1 back in July of 2009. Merthyr Self Storage owner Shahid karim built 39 lockers to utilize space and to keep up with the demand of storage within the Blaenau Gwent Borough. The lockers proved to be very popular and were quickly rented out.

As Merthyr Self Storage grew it became more known to the surrounding areas. Due to this demand Merthyr Self Storage had to expand its locker storage in July of 2010 with phase 2. This added a further 44 lockers and a archive storage room to the existing 39 lockers. A communal room was also built to store the larger items for example sofas or fridge-freezers giving customers more space within there lockers. These, also, proved to be popular with the public and people all across South Wales.

So here we are in July of 2011. Merthyr Self Storage has now made a name for itself and people from all over the UK are storing there belongings with us. Due to this new found recognition a further 47 lockers are now available to rent with a wide variety of sizes available.

Merthyr Self Storage will continue to expand to meet public demand and who knows where the company will go next.
